Work Place Design
Project 1 | 7-Story Biotechnology Corporation Office Building
There are 3 designers including me, 4 construction engineers and 2 project manager. There are 7000 sqft on each floor, total to be 7 story tall. This is a swiss biotechnology corporation, the facilities in the building includes, outdoor garden, CEO resting room, nursing rooms, open offices, meeting rooms, lobby, a fish tank, viewing gallery, fabrication area, storage, basements and labs.

Project 2 | Investment Bank Office Expansion
A 2200 sqft investment bank office expansion project that has 2 meeting rooms, 1 open office space, 1 private office, 1 pantry, utility room and storage space. The color scheme is purple to match its logo. The design concept is to create an elegant space with grey tone color.

Project 3 | 3-story Movie Theater
The project is located in Boston. There are 2 designers and 3 architects on the team. We are in charge of concept design, design development and schematic design as well as the construction. The design theme is inspired by art deco. We worked with vendors to create the most beautiful look and still within the budget.

Project 4| 3200 sqft Welcoming Center
The welcoming center is located in a rural area in California. The design theme is inspired by barn house. There are outdoor areas that includes patios and gardens. Inside of the building, there are meeting rooms, lobby, communal area/ Bars, concierge desks.

Project 5| Shopping Mall/Supermarket
The outdoor patio seating area is part of the supermarket inside the mall. I created a color scheme that fits the Californian, summery and breeze feeling. I worked with vendors to create durable and aesthetic table tops and chairs.

Project 6| 5-Star Resort at Salalah Oman
A new development located in the heart of Salalah desert Oman that features 200 guest rooms, private chalets and villas, public area includes lobby, restaurants, meeting rooms, men and women spa. The design theme is inspired by Arabian desert culture. The finishes, furniture and lighting reflects the local culture elements such as the screens, tiles, and fabric patterns.

Project 7| 27-acre Renovation of Resort
The all-suite accommodation resort is nestled along the Phoenix North Mountain in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. The design concept is modern, minimal, timeless and yet cozy, combing with the Spanish-Mediterranean architecture. There are 560 rooms in total, public space included lobby, ballroom and corridor.
